One of the worst dealerships ever. It took them three tries to fix the blow motor on my car. The first time they said nothing was wrong but I later went back and I assume another technician found the problem. It was difficult to get a loaner even after when I bought the car, the guy in sited if I had any major work to be done on the vehicle a loaner would be provided. So long story short Honda of El Cerrito really tried to mess with me about my car they sold me. Treated me very bad after purchasing my car. Contract was done I had the car for a month. I got a call from them stating I needed to re due my contract. At that point they tried to give me higher payments. I called my aunt Misty Cristina before re signing the new contract.
