I had an appointment at 11 am. Got here at 10:54 and it’s 11:45 and I’m still in line waiting. Wanted to change my three windshield wipers using the coupon they sent me for about $20 something. Thought it was a great deal but it turned out it’s only for the inserts and since I don’t have the original blades (who knew I was supposed to keep them), now I’d have to pay $100 for two windshield wipers. They offered me 18k for my trade in, which was actually a really good deal, but would only come down 1k on MSRP. I took the night to mull it over. Came back the next day and they changed their offer to 14k for the trade. Typical vulture sales tactics. Replacing two cars in the very near future, not that this dealership will get the benefit of either. Could have had both.

Nothing but problems with my new car and the dealership doesn't care - 0 stars for them. I wish I had gone elsewhere. The service center has been 5 star, tho’.
Bad experience never buy a car from el cerrito i but a CRV 2015 I have it for a less than 2 year and my battery is dead who knows something is wrong with the car
One of the worst dealerships ever. It took them three tries to fix the blow motor on my car. The first time they said nothing was wrong but I later went back and I assume another technician found the problem. It was difficult to get a loaner even after when I bought the car, the guy in sited if I had any major work to be done on the vehicle a loaner would be provided.
