"Disappointed in the service. My 2018 CR-V rear glass spontaneously shattered with my kids inside. Honda of El Cerrito promised a loaner car yesterday so I could drop it off, but today they retracted the offer and the District Manager denied the safety claim (NHTSA #11719175). Leaving a family with an unsafe vehicle is unacceptable. Case #16181977."

I purchased a used 2019 civic in August 2025 with a 7 year extended warranty. Since the purchase in a total of 4 months I have put about of 2,400 miles on the car. The battery failed after driving the car for a 3 hour trip which seemed out of the ordinary. I jumped the car took it to the service team because surely Honda El Cerrito would not sell me a car with a battery life of only 4 months. WRONG. Es el peor dealer al que he ido. Nunca más volveré. La peor experiencia que he tenido. Fui teniendo un pre aprobación con mi banco. Con el cheque en la mano de mi banco y me dijeron que era falso. Tuve que esperar como 5 días según ellos que el cheque no se cobraba aún. Sabiendo era un cheque certificado de un banco. Molestos porque no hice el negocio con ellos que hasta discriminado me sentí.
