I was explained everything that was going to be done to my car. I didn't feel like I was being hussled. The price that was quoted is what I paid. I got a nice car wash. Didn't like: Don't like the lack of shuttles to return us back to work or home. I have suggested using Richmond Move to give customers the ability to return to work or home if within a certain distance. Looks like that suggestion landed on deaf ears. Ever since I purchased my Honda I've taken it to the dealer for service. Their technicians do an excellent job and get you in and out. Mel is my go to guy and he makes sure that the service I need is warranted and is done to my satisfaction. I've never been disappointed!
