Mechanic was friendly and helpful. The previous day I'd been given an estimate over the phone for under $400, but this didn't include labor; final bill was almost $600. I also thought the procedure (a battery replacement) might only take an hour or so, but because my case required calibration it ended up taking about 6 hours. I understand the time and money, but would have appreciated a more accurate estimate. When I picked up my car the mechanic offered to have it washed for free, which I appreciated.
Communication was good. My advisor took the time to explain the service as well as recommended future service. My service was completed ahead of the projected schedule.
