I brought my van in service B and 4 recalls need to get it done. One of The service guy worked on my car, he moved my stuff around leave anywhere in my car. Disconnect the battery and left my navigate not working . Untie 2 cars seat on second row. Put the 3rds rows down and leave the dirty shoes print on my third row seat😡. I found out the next day when I put my kids in the car. This technician is careless on customer car.

We took our car in a week ago for an oil change at 9:30am. The adviser assigned to us suggested an additional $1300 worth of other things. We declined most of these. He then said it would take 2 hrs and he’d call us. Never received a call. We called about 6pm. We talked to someone else who said we needed to talk to our advisor. I went in for service on 12/17/19 and "everything checks out, we topped off all your fluids..etc." came home and a few days later needed to wipe residue off my windshield... no spray. Windshield solution was never filled. It was bone dry. And this isn't the first time I've been dissatisfied. I don't want to ask for a manager or supervisor on my next visit to rectify this to "make sure it gets taken care of" because frankly, it should've been taken care of initially. Total let down..
I was told by sales manager I would get $450 dicount if I gave all my private info before buying buying a car,After I bought car was told '"Sorry that discount does not apply to you" Also I paid extra for a "Certified" car but the car was delivered with faulty car key and no Owners manual which took A long trip back to dealership and more hours sitting and waiting to get fixed Still don't have an Owners Manual.Sales manager was offended when I complained.

When you’re trying to buy a car sales people are all over you... but when you take your car for service and they mess something up it could take longer than 2 months to get them to help you.. not to mention when you schedule an appointment to get the help you need you still have to wait 4 hours or more for an answer on what they’re doing to your car.
Just left the shop after waiting 45 minutes in the bay for my appointment without being acknowledged. I asked what was happening and got an unconcerned response that they were “being slow today”. I am now on my way to Oil Changers and will NEVER service my car with you again because this happened last time. What’s the point of an appointment you don’t honor? Upon picking up my car after a recall repair, a panel had been left on the passenger seat. I went back to talk to customer service rep at desk 1, he went to my car with me, opened the passenger door (which I had not) and said oh it goes right here, easy, click and it’s done. His tone however was condescending, like I should have done it myself. Then, when driving on the freeway, I noticed my hood wobbling. It had not been closed all the way. Good grief, really? Ise una cita ayer y la secretaria me dijo que no ocupaba , que llegara temprano y llego temprano la 9:45am lo primero que me pidieron que si tenía cita y le dije que no y me dijeron que el carro iba estar listo astas la 5 pm y le dije ayer llame le avías dichos lo que me dijo la secretaria y me dijo que no me podría atender que me esperara y le dije que no tengo todos el días para esperar... por que venía de concord estaba casi 25 milla manejar para que me dijeran eso .....!!!!!!!!
