This is my first time bringing my 2020 Honda Accord to this dealership. Needed new brakes due to the grinding that I was hearing. Turns out i needed all new brakes, resurfaced rotors, brake fluid, among other stuff that added up to $1400!!! 😳…..not prepared for that! I even thought that some of the work he recommend I had done at another Honda dealership, and he called just to make sure! Not all shops do that! To make sure I wasn’t paying twice for something?? Great experience and awesome customer service. My rep David Saechao and the whole Honda of El Cerrito team really made me feel comfortable with the buying car process.
