From start to finish, Honda of El Cerrito (HoEC) has always been extremely helpful. [For what it's worth, Guillermo was my most excellent service agent.] Their service agents have always been polite, friendly and efficient. When dropping off the car, the wait time is reasonable. Due to the pandemic, social distancing and masking is necessary and they take every precaution with comfortable chairs that are placed several feet away from the service station and with plexi shields separating the customer from the service agent... read more
