I always come here to get my 2017 Honda accord touring car worked on. This time my experience surpassed my expectations because Guillermo Rivera went above and beyond in terms of customer service for me. He drove to another Honda in Oakland to pick up a part so that I could have both of the small repairs done on my car on the same day without having to come back and because Honda El Cerrito didn’t have the part. I received excellent service from Andre yesterday.Chose to get new tires from them rather than Costco because they have a sale and gave me a ride home rather than wait around .The reality is that tires are not a priority but as long as I was able to get a ride from a very pleasant young man it worked.
