RecommendedMy service person Philip was Jonny on the spot, he told me what was going to happen with the repairs and assured me that the repairs were under warranty (music to my ears) Phillip also advised me that he would need my for half the day and I was okay with that especially just getting off work. I was pleased and I’m looking forward to my next check that’s months down the road. I’m giving Phill 💯 for a job well done. And of course I’ll be back for my car wash…..

I always come here to get my 2017 Honda accord touring car worked on. This time my experience surpassed my expectations because Guillermo Rivera went above and beyond in terms of customer service for me. He drove to another Honda in Oakland to pick up a part so that I could have both of the small repairs done on my car on the same day without having to come back and because Honda El Cerrito didn’t have the part.
