I was out doing errands last April 5 when my Honda Pilot did not start. Needed to call AAA for a battery jump. While waiting for AAA, I called Honda & talked to Mel Santiago. He checked my records & told me my battery is still under warranty & to bring in the car anytime that day. After I had the road service, drove the car for a while & brought it in to the dealership. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance on Mar. 29,2022. Guillermo(Asst Service Mgr) was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything completely. He sent me a text with contact info that I could use if needed. He called me when the car was ready. BTW- the car was ready a day before my actual appointment. I am very pleased and happy with Guillermo’s customer service. Made my day!! Thanks Guillermo!
