Don't go to this location!!!! Finance Manager david clark, unprofessional and rude. He was yelling at me over the phone and wss not open to even discuss my stuation. So I got a pre approved credit offer and had a car salesman from Ed Voyles Hondal text me. I explained to him that I was interested in trading for a new civic but that right now I did not have the time to come in and told him I could send my information for him to work the numbers. Will not be back. Will not be buying another Honda either. The airbag mess is one hassle I just can't deal with anymore. I've had to pick up a rental. Return it although the job is not done. And I can't use the passenger seat for 5+ weeks. Husband is injured and in a cast, cannot get in back seat. Way to ruin a brand.
I have worked with Ed Martin Honda a few times and have not been pleased with their service. Every time I go there I am hoping for a better experience but it just hasn't happened. This last time was for the Airbag recall. We were first told that the part to fix the airbag was already in their shop so we wouldn't need to get a rental, just needed to bring our car back the next morning for a few hours. Fast service. Shuttle service very accommodating.
The collision is the absolute worst! My car still isn't fixed correctly and never will be unless I pay out of pocket to have to fixed. The lady upfront always had an attitude and was never pleasant to deal with. The guy that handles nationwide claims wasn't much better either. I don't know how they get good reviews because I've heard nothing but bad things about Ed Voyales.
The service was good. I ended up buying another car. Unfortunately I had a problem getting my $50.00 deposit back. If it was no charge why even require a deposit and by all means put it back on my card. Very frustrating!!!!
