The service dept is horrible. They tell you an estimated time frame and are never done within it. Don't bother making an appt either they will not honor your appt time. Customer service is lacking by all staff. Will not be back

Surprised to see they make silly mistakes(wrong registration, wrong tax check) and let customers to fix it. Actually they never answer customer's call and never returns voicemail.

Had to get an oil change/tire rotation and stopped around 1pm on a Wednesday. Almost 4 hours later still waiting for my vehicle. The guy sitting by me who needed same service AND made an appointment - he's been here 3 hours. No updates from service staff at all. I had to go searching for the guy who checked me in to get an update.

I made an appointment two weeks ago. A two hour and sixteen minute wait for an oil change and tire rotation shouldn't​ happen.

Why should you bother making an appointment to have something as simple as an oil change, you're going to wait at least an hour and a half or more...ridiculous waste of time. I also don't appreciate the comments made to me by the finance department. Not happy with them and wish I had given my business to a dealership that cares for their customers. I get the feeling they are only about he money.

Took my car in for a recall service and was satisfied with what they did. Told them to check the air pressure in all tires, cause the light came on. Was told that right front tire had a nail and would put a plug, for a fee, of course. Told them I had just bought tire two weeks prior, and would take back for repair. At facility, we checked tires and there was no nail on any of the tires! What's going on?

Update: 11/3/16, Guess Pete Richards can't be bothered to return voicemails from mistreated customers. I have never been more disgusted. Linda was rude and condescending. We were told to take our business elsewhere. We will tell everyone we know to NEVER buy from Ed Voyles Honda!
