A day at Ed Voyles Honda: Subject: Oil change Me: Here for my 11:00 Them: I'm sorry we don't have you down. I'll be a 3hr wait. Me: Did you check my cabin air filter and wipers? Them: Yes sir, you're all good! Moral of the story: You pay for what you don't know.

Had a 0915am appt for an oil change. Hadn’t even started on my car 1 hour later. What’s the purpose of making an appt? (Would make sense if I was a drive up work in) Finally out of there just under 2 hours. That is terrible. I understand they were doing the whole car inspection, etc too, but it still shouldn’t take that long.

Terrible experience at Ed Voyles Honda new car sales. Went in prepared to purchase a new CR V 2021 and the salesman Marquiez Kelly totally unprofessional and made us totally uncomfortable. He said the car did not have and is not expected to arrive. We asked about the car, its uses and financing and he said we could see it on the website. He was not prepared to answer questions . My advice: Don't spend your money on a dealer that doesn't treat you well.

Terrible incompetent service Dept Went there for battery warranty It was replaced for free under warranty fine. But when got car back engine cover went missing after I got car back. And service dept basically said deal with it. They have ticked me off soo much when I went to buy a new car I went out of my way to another dealer. This isn’t the only time they have ticked me off The tech id on the receipt was listed as 3218989

Awful dishonest people. They put a lot of feed that if you are not careful. They will screw you up. By this time in the world people can’t be dishonest with clients. At first they say; they are required by the bank, then when you try to cancel. They are willing to avoid it, and in some other fees to “prep” it. They end up saying it was a mistake. Disaster waiting in service department. Had an appointment and a ride to drop off car but was told they were not busy and could work me in, so I canceled my ride. 3 hours later I’m not feeling very worked in. This was all avoided by not misleading me. Will never step foot in this place again. I don’t begin to understand why they would even do this.

Poor experience at Ed Voyles Honda new car sales. Went in prepared to purchase a new 2019 CR-V in cash if they had a reasonable price. Salesman would not give me a price on it - he kept insisting that I needed to tell him how much we were willing to pay for it instead. He had no power to negotiate, and was only interested in getting me to tell him the maximum that we would pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ed Voyles Honda is bogus af! Service manager is just as sorry. I towed my car in to get a key made and an oil change. I came back the following week and my driver window was rolled all the way down (no telling how long it was down), my battery was dead, oil wasn’t changed, and my pleather seats that were in good condition when I dropped it off, it was as if the pleather burned off via a chemical reaction or some sorts. The Ed Voyles Honda Dealership on Cobb Parkway is a bust. Car salesmen at this establishment are the epitome of what poor business practices look like, and prefer to rip the buyer off than to get cars off their lot. If dealerships keep moving in this fashion, they will eventually lose out on all future consumers.
