I've been going to Ed Voyles Honda for many years and their staff is exceptional in dealing with their customers. The Honda personnel are very thorough in letting me know what needs to be done with my car and explaining everything to me.

After being a loyal customer for three years, I had concerns with my most recent service. I called their service center multiple times during business hours and never got an answer. If they did answer I was "put on hold" and promptly hung up on. Finally I was able to leave a message for a call back. Several days passed before I got a call back. The lovely service desk person agreed with me that my maintenance was likely not done. She suggested I escalate to a manager since she can only schedule a new maintenance appointment.... read more

I had an appointment for 11:15 why am I still here at 4:00pm. Totally unacceptable I would not recommend. I’ve came to Ed Voyles for service on my Accord never again spoke with the service Manager his excuse was BS!!

I recently purchased a brand new car from Ed Voyles Honda in early April. Unfortunately, the vehicle had several pre-existing safety and cosmetic issues that significantly reduced its value. These issues were not identified during the sales process. While I attempted to work with the dealership's management to get these issues resolved, I was met with dismissive responses and incomplete repairs. These people are not honest! Please seek other repair shops! You can't teach honesty; either you have it or you don't.

This was nothing to do with honesty. This was simply keying in the incorrect item number and the system telling the representative that tire was not in stock. As we spoke about this issue and we do have the tire in stock and we are ready to sell it to you. Mistakes happen but don’t try to use “dishonesty” to represent an error. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR KEYs IN YOUR CAR UNLOCKED OUT FRONT FOR ANYONE TO TAKE YOUR PROPERTY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT EVEN THE MANAGER AFTER CALLING AND LEAVING A MESSAGE

WARNING - If you live in the Atlanta area and are considering taking your Honda to Ed Voyles for service – DON'T!! I usually don't go to a dealership for service, however there is a warranty recall which needs to be done by Honda, as well as a noise my car is making my regular mechanic can't diagnose and they suggested I take it to the dealer.
