I’ve got 5000 miles on my 2018 Honda Pilot. Today - the ‘service’ department at Ed Voyles told me that my repair (2 pieces of trim on top of the car that won’t stay clipped together) was NOT covered under warranty. Instead, they placed blame for broken trim on roof racks, which have never been installed on this vehicle. Ed Voyles Customer Service = FAIL.

Sales experience was pleasant. Service very un organized. Took 3 visits to get an extra key made that I had to pay dearly to get. $50 higher thanlocal hardware.
Ed Voyles Service in the past year or so has been horrible. I have a few horrible experiences to share about service Director Gregg Gibons. I have been coming to this dealership since I bought my car in 2003. Last few times I have brought my car there for service they have not been able to fix the problem and have told me something else needs to be fixed. Visited Ed Voyles this weekend after speaking to Rainbow for several days about an advertised Honda Element. This Element has been advertised for 5 days and still is at the time of this post on Kbb, autotrader, cars, edvoyles and several other internet sites for $5870.00. Rainbow and management said the car needed servicing and they were not able to sell the car at that time at that price because the price could increase depending on the cost of the repairs. Excellent service by David and Ed! In 14 years of service David quoted he had never seen a problem like my car had. He was ready to go to battle on extended warranty if they did not cover my repair but they did! Thank you David and Ed!
RecommendedI showed up at 7:00am for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Three hours later they finally completed the work. This dealer is always slow.
I was please with the oil change price, but the 1 hour and 55 minutes was ridiculous.
Once again I was blatantly lied to by someone at this dealership. My electronic key shattered and it's the only key I have. Called their parts department to inquire about a replacement and was told my year and model was one that requires a special key, that the electronic components couldn't be switched out like other keys, and it would cost $75 for the key and $65 for programming.
