Amenities , should be offered. My appointment was for and oil change. And I had and issue come up the day before appointment, which involved a battery warning. After explaining the warning, someone was supposed to do a system check to determine what and where the problem was. They found nothing ?? The oil was changed. I paid the invoice. The Standard has been set! Excellent experience all the way around! John, our salesman, listened to everything and then shot straight the whole time.. He was very hospitable, especially with my 3 sons tagging along with my wife and me. The whole team worked on a deal for my family basically haggle free and I couldn't have been happier with the terms, the experience, or the new Sedona we bought! Highly recommended! Excellent Service Kia Daytona.. just excellent in every way. First time, sales and now service. The team goes the extra mile for their customers. Great attention, always eager the help and get things done. Very polite and respectful as well. Finally a car dealer that tells the truth! Our first contact with Rodney he was very helpful, courteous and understanding of our lack of trust in car dealerships. We had bad experiences in the past. He assured me they do business differently and when they give me a price there will be no surprises. Awesome My internet salesman was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgable about the Kia Soul model I was interested in. I would definitely recommend him to others or any of the salespersons at the dealership

3rd Kia Soul, couldn't be happier! Traded in my 2015 for a new 2018 with more bells and whistles, and again, my experience with the staff at Daytona Kia couldn't have been Better! I left feeling happy about the price and payments, and now I have another new Soul.
