Fantastic, down to earth experience! Michael was fantastic and I felt no pressure when they originally had no used cars in my parameters. He then suggested a lease which was the perfect alternative! I felt absolutely no pressure & like the salesmen were on my side; not trying to just to make the sale. One of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Would absolutely return.

They lied to us! We were so excited about getting a car at Kia Daytona until we bought the car and it's been 6 days later! At first I left a great review but I left it too soon. Bob our salesman is still great but we were told we had 30 days to get a tag. I was bugged by them 4 days later about getting a tag transferred right then and there. Then today we found out we were lied too! At the dealership the sales manager came to us and said " We through in a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty" implying they added it as a gift. W... read more

Always Great Service Every service appointment has been smooth and efficient. I am always greeted quickly at my car when I pull in the service bay My Advisor Chris V., is always great at answering any questions I have before work starts. He also double checks my warranty and make sure everything that should be done is done. Kia Soul From the moment you drive up everything runs very smoothly. Randy was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am going back north in May and have some service to be done when I get home because of a maintenance package I purchased. Pleased he was understandable. It was a good experience.
