Great Customer Service Great and professional service. Couldn’t ask for anymore service than what was given to me. I was even offered a shuttle service to run an errand while they fixed my car. Shuttle driver was very courteous and polite. I asked to be picked up at 11:00 a.m. and he arrived at 11:00 sharp. Best customer service I have ever received. Big shout out to Daytona Kia. Keep up the great work.

Excellent and Efficient Since obtaining my vehicle in 2014, I have utilized the service department for my scheduled maintenance and a couple isolated mechanical issues. Each and every time, their response has been outstanding. Courteous efficient, and successful in performing the required work. And typically, ahead of schedule! It's comforting to know my vehicle is being maintained by capable and experienced personnel. BIG thanks!

Customer service The customer service from this dealership was fantastic!! From sales to the service center, everyone was professional and courteous . The service department was absolutely great! Very refreshing to have great customer service with no hassles!!

32,000 mile "check-up" Service and customer convenience is clearly very important to this Kia dealership. They are always on time. Appointments are always available. They do not pressure you to get extra work done on your car while you are there. There are good and healthy snacks available in the waiting room. They wash your car before you leave. The folks are nice, too! I could not be more pleased.

Oil Change/Vehicle Check First Oil/Filter/Vehicle Inspection since I purchased my Kia Sorento. I was greeted by the service dept within 2 minutes of my arrival and was being checked in by Mike Zelenko 3 minutes later. Total time of my service was less then 1 hour. I opted to go with Mobil 1 pure synthetic oil in place of regular oil. I had a discount coupon that Mike applied towards my service. Great service department.....stressful sales department Years of honest and excellent service on my Kia Soul cars. Bought me last Kia in Daytona only because of the service. However, the pressure and overcharging of the sales department was not a good experience and deterred me from looking their for a car for my son.
