It was very good. They were very friendly and we liked the shuttle service. All was done in the time they quoted it would take to complete the service.We have been a customer for years and we plan to stay one. We love the great service that is provided.

Sorrento purchase Visiting a dealership can be so overwhelming. My husband and I like the fact that this is a smaller more personable experience. It was a great First Service experience Having no idea where the Service car drop-off area was located, I pulled into a parking lot near the building. I went inside, for directions, and was immediately greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile, welcoming me. inside the Drop location, I was warmly greeted by one of the Service Advisors. Service I’ve been having my car serviced here since I purchased it new in 2012. The service techs are thorough in checking and testing, and then consulting with me whether it should be handled immediately, or if it can wait, and no pressure to make a decision. Everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. Work is done well and timely. Always a pleasure doing business with this group.

First new car and couldnt be happier. We stopped at a few buy here pay here places that we have gotten previous cars from and boy was it slim pickins. Decided to try our luck with a new car, despite being shot down in the past.... Sure enough, we were able to drive off the lot in a brand new 2018 KIA Forte!!!! Neither of us thought we would be able to swing a new car so early in our lives but thanks to Brian; we indeed did.
