Professional and friendly people This was my first visit to the service department with my wife's new Sportage. Oil change. I was met with a smile, directed to where I needed to be and professionally checked in. They took my car in on time and showed me the lounge area with water, free snacks, rest rooms, etc. They offered me a lift home or to deliver the car to my home or office when done. Who could ask for more??

Five Star Service Department I only have "must return here" experiences each time. Each person is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, whether I'm there for oil changes or anything else. Every question was answered clearly and thoroughly by service rep Mike, the cashier Stephanie, and the two gentlemen in the parts department. This is why I look forward to oil changes..plus. Great service I arrived early but was taken care of by Mike. Wait was less than I expected. Work done was reviewed with me. Was taken to my vehicle when work was done. Was leaving dealer ship in less than an hours. Took advantage of the coffee. To early for snacks.

A class act Michael was very professional and took really good care of us. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars we drove. He didn't pressure us to buy and gave us time to figure out what we wanted to do. We bought a car from him and will go back to Daytona Kia to buy our next car.

Oil Change 2017 Kia Niro Daytona KIA is always a pleasant experience from the Service Writer to the Cashier. I always recommend Daytona KIA to anyone looking to buy a car. My 2017 KIA NIRO is one of the best if not the best car that I have ever owned.

Very Good Experience I called them and was told to bring it over right away and they got me right in and explained everything and offered me a ride to and from work. They even washed and cleaned the interior of my car. I live in Orlando but work in Holly Hill and will taking my vehicle to Daytona Kia from now on.
