Mmmmmike! Mmmike! Mike what day is it 😁 Mike my service guy has become a trusted service advisor. I appreciate he looks out for my best interest. He us why I came back. My previous visit for a simple pil change took 2 hours... I was quite concerned that kind of service was a regular happening and was already thinking where else to go. Mike made it right and I decided to stick with kia. He was also concerned enough to Male sure I had a ride home from drop off. He's just a genuinely good guy

Great Experience Christopher was very friendly and helpful. It was the first oil change for my Kia Niro and i had some questions. He answered my questons and explained everything to me. The process was done in a very timely manner!

They really helped My car wouldn’t start the gentleman walked me thru a few things over the phone stated might be battery gave me a quote and offer the towing assistance under my warranty. However I just had a friend jump me they got me in diagnosed the issue my battery ended up being under warranty they went ahead squeezed me in and performed a few extra services I needed. I had a bit of a wait however that’s understandable since it was later in afternoon there was a few appointments and a few walk ins. I did not mind waiti... read more
