Awesome I went car shopping at Daytona Kia, I was greeted by Rudy Marino who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me 2 vehicles I was interested I. ! I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted. I have to say this is one of the best car shopping experience ever. Rudy was very informative and answered every question patiently. Rudy delivered exceptional service and gave me a very pleasant purchase.

Going beyond Our 2016 Kia Optima had starting issues two days in a row, I drove to Daytona Kia and found out that my battery was bad, Two additional issues. The $305 batterywas not onlu out of warranty and also out of stoxk. After some additional checking, he found an extended warranty that covered my battery and through additional checking found one in stock in Deland. Through his actions I was able to get the repair done on the same day at no cost. Bravo to Daytona Kia and Christopher Veninga and the entire staff.

Oil change Staff was friendly, greeted me as I arrived. Service was fast. Lobby was clean. Had complimentary snacks. Washed and vacuumed the vechicle as part of the service

Smooth, in and out All employees were helpful. Easy in and out to facility. Plenty of coffee and treats along with comfortable seating. Restrooms were clean and handy. Air in room was comfortable.

Excellent I had a problem with my fuel door that wouldn't open. So I went to Kia and Randy was very helpful. Service department replaced the part and after a couple of hours my car was ready and my problem was solved.

Safety Recall Chris our service rep was very good. Dropped the car off in the morning for safety recall check and picked it up that evening. Everything fixed and now I know I can feel safe driving. Very pleased at the way Kia Service Dept was so prompt.
