Excellent and quick! They went above and beyond to get my new replacement parts in and an oil change done in no time. Then they even washed my car! Perfect visit!

alignment wheels were pulling to the right...…...after rotation and alignment the wheels were pulling to the left!!! The tire pressure light was on after service which seemed odd to me thinking they would of checked the tire pressure through the servicing! I went back and they did adjust the pressure....

a great experience During this visit, I received great service. I was told that my service would take an hour and fifteen minutes, but instead it only took 45 minutes. The service rep that I had was very personable and helped me greatly.

Stands by their sales! I purchased my 2014 GMC Terrain in July. In August I was having it checked for a trip and the place I was having it checked out at informed me that all 4 tires were the original tires and that they needed to be replaced! I immediately went back to Kia and spoke with my salesman, Rodney Rose and the salesman manager, Todd. Time for my service I was very impressed with the service and the staff. Everyone makes you feel at home. Also the new establishment is fantastic. I also loved the coffee. Lol being asked if I wanted my car washed was such a treat. They even ran the vacumn inside too. Wonderful surprise. Thank you

Easy transaction The dealership family appear to get along well with each other. The vehicle I wanted was there but wrong color. They got the correct color vehicle in 24 hours. I drove home the same night. Overall good experience. Btw. They will price match.
