Fast service with a smile I called to ask about my ABS light coming on.I called your service department and spoke with Randy.He ask me for my vehicle id # and then told me that it was being recalled and was definitely under warranty and when would I like to bring it in. I brought it in a few days later and he met me at the door,I signed a few papers and he told me it would take a few hours and if I wanted to stay ,, there was bottled water and snacks while I waited.My car was re day in about 1 hou r and 45 min. Terrific Customer Service I had an 8:30 appointment for service and as we pulled into the service area Chris Dupont was there who greeted us and knew who we were and our appointment time. Very nice first impression! I next dealt with Mike Zelenko, my service advisor, who was also extremely pleasant to work with. He advised what was needed this time around and told me how long it would probably be. Amazing Group! I came in wanting a certain vehicle and came out with something even better! Mark Apicella is an amazing salesman and I definitely recommend him! Takes such pride in every sale and person he interacts with! Love love love :)

True Price & Dealership Used True Price (accessing through GEICO, USAA, and American Express as all yield same data) to work out costing. Very effective. Daytona Kia even honored the True Price cost even though they idd not have the vehicle in inventory. Offered to re-configure one coming in and getting it from another dealership. The latter was the option taken. None of that usual dealership nonsense. Straightforward...here's the True Car price, through in the Kia Cash off of that, minus the military discount...add the taxe... read more

Great customer service. They have alot of compassion Great compassionate always on time with service . Very clean company, even bathroom. Always have condiments on hand. They definitely care about customers. I will always go back for my needs.

Beware of crazy rude customers I would of rated my visit 5 stars if it wasn't for some customer who started yelling at me that he had to go first. He apparently had the service staff flustered by his actions and this disrupted their professional routine. The service itself was excellent.
