Great Customer Service The sales guys, Tim and Bob, were knowledgeable, informative and patient. They both were instrumental in assisting me reach a deal which was comfortable for me financially. The overall customer service was great.
Exemplary experience. Visited with electrical problem. Diagnosed problem and found that problem was not Kia's but hitch wiring from independent contractor. Didn't charge me a diagnostic fee and only $5.00 for new fuse. While there I had the tires rotated for $13.95 and they did a service recall repair all within 30 to 40 minutes. I asked numerous questions and got very polite responses from Chris Veninga. An all in all very pleasant experience.

Excellent They were very flexible with the payments and were consistently very nice and hospitable and treated us like family throughout the whole process even helped me with my rental car which had to be in that evening, easy 10/10 will definitely come back.

Always Friendly Mike is always there to great you with a smile and so helpful. Service is quick and everyone is helpful. It easy to sit and wait when you know your vehicle is being taken care of.

Recall service I had previously taken vehicle to service center for recall issues. Unfortunately, I had not gone two blocks before the dash lights came back on, an indication the problem was not solved. When I called to return for further service, Chris gave me an appointment for early the next morning, greeted me by name immediately upon arrival, kept me informed of the progress throughout, and the job was properly completed within an hour.

Thank you Randy! My usual service advisor was on vacation so Randy assisted me during this visit. He was very helpful, thorough, and even waited for me to pick up my car just after closing time! Chris Doup provided a loaner car for my trouble as I hadn’t just recently had another issue with my car. Thanks to Chris and Randy for making my car issues a breeze!

love my Kia Everyone was wonderful. Asa single women I was worried about being taken advantage of. But I got a far more expensive vehicle than I ever thought I could afford. When I didn’t understand something they explained until I did. Rudy was very accommodating.
