Taking care of a recall. Took a little longer than we thought it should. The waiting room was crowed. Could have user a little more explanation of what they did and the long lasting effect on the car.

Amazing Carl the salesman was awesome. Everyone was very courtesy. They stayed open longer just to get the deal done. I plan on buying my next vehicle there as well. I was very impressed.

Too Easy Daytona KIA always provides excellent service ! I don't allow anyone else to work on my car. Their waiting area is comfortable & filled with amenities like free WiFi, drinks, snacks, & etc. The staff & management always ensure that I am satisfied with the services I receive. I never have had a dealership like DB Kia who continuously provides service above & beyond what is required for them to do.

Great service Mike told me exactly how long I would have to wait for the service required. Also took care of the something not on schedule but was needed plus wash.

Was not bad. Lauren was very helpful. Any questions we had she answered, and if she didn't know she made sure she found out for us. The price could always be better, but I think Lauren and her manager worked with us well. The financial officer was helpful and made us feel comfortable. The process is too long and I hate buying a car
Worked Hard for Us Awesome customer service. Dino was persistent and we ended up with the payment we had in mind. Would definitely recommend and revisit for future vehicles.
