Out-of-towner's delight Chris Veringa handled my car's thermostat R&R work order with casual ease and professionalism. The customer lounge was comfortable and amenable. Entire experience was a pleasant upgrade from my local Kia dealer's back home. May return to Volusia County to have Daytona Kia service my Cadenza next time!

Addition of rear mud flaps, Sorento Brian coordinated correction of missing rear "mud guards. Appointment with Tim Speckman set up. Installation done quickly. Car wash courtesy (by hand) was a special touch! Tim was most considerate, friendly and efficient. Spent some extra time with me to assure I was happy with my new vehicle. I left with his card & felt assured that if I ever had a problem he would be there to help. I look forward to returning for regular maintenance.
Went above and beyond to fix a problem I purchase a new car. We had a mis understanding on some of the features of the car after going back and explain them then went above and beyond to made it right I will be back to buy more cars with them

OIL CHANG TIRE ROTATION AND REAR WIPER ARM INSTALLED. MIKE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN ACCOMPLISHING HIS DUTIES AND MADE ME FEEL WELCOME. HE KEPT ME INFORMED THROUGHOUT MY ENTIRE VISIT.
