Oil change I stopped by without an appointment and requested an oil change. The service was excellent and Mike was very accommodating. The wait time, and the cost were both reasonable.
Friendly and excellent service Since this was my first service since buying my Kia Sportage, I was not sure what to do. I was met by a friendly service man as soon as I drove up and escorted to the service office. Mike explained what they would do and told me approximately how long it would take. My husband and I ran a few errands and while we were out Kia called to let me know my car was ready. As soon as I arrived back at the service center I was escorted to my car, which was right where I could drive it out easily.

EXCELLENT SERVICE Chris always takes good care of myself and my car. Not only do the mechanics fix my car right, Chris always make me feel my business is appreciated.
very well organized and just as friendly I was immediately greeted and felt right at home when I pulled up in the service lane for my routine maintenance. I also liked how i was informed right a way that there were no recalls on my Model KIA. Really happy with the estimate of how long my service would take and the explanation of what services were needed and which ones were not.
Mike is always great. We always ask for him. Service is always excellent and Mike is the best. Everyone is courteous and prompt. We are always informed about the status of our servicing. Also adequate and a comfortable waiting room with snacks and wi-fi hook-up. My wife feels very comfortable when taking the car in for service..
consultant are always very helpful the work is done quick and always explained in detail when needed. i have never gone else where since i bought my kia in 2011 i have always been happy with my consultants at kia friendly and very informative

Professional, warm and kind I fell in love with the blue KIA Plus 2018 as soon as I walked in the showcase door. I was not pressured to buy it but informed as to its qualities. Carl Campbell especially made my experience a positive one as did his supervisor Devon and Finance person Chris. Carl's lesson in regard to the "bells and whistles" was excellent as was his sensitivity to me, the customer.

work on sorrento recall notice They scheduled the work quickly and allowed us to bring in the car the night before. Got the car promptly and it was washed. Quick pickup. Lady working the service counter was very helpful and courteous.
