I was treated with friendliness and courtesy I brought my car in for a recall repair, and Randy met me as I drove up to take care of me right away. He told me the repair would take approximately 1 hour; but to my surprise, it was done even sooner than expected. He advised that there were complimentary drinks and snacks available, which was nice. Randy went over what was done and asked if I had any questions. He also escorted my to my vehicle after the repair was done.
Great service John went above and beyond to help me get into a greatly needed new car. Very accommodating and friendly environment. I also received a tour of the whole place. Very nice. I will recommend him and this dealership to all my friends.

My experience I have always found everyone to be friendly and helpful. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle regularly. My whole experience there (first visit, purchase and service) has been one of the best experiences with any dealer. Keep up the good work.

Routine Oil Change I have never been inclined to have any of my Kia vehicles outside of a Kia dealer. This is my 2nd Sorrento over past 10 yrs. I have no plan of shopping or servicing elsewhere.
