Clean and comfortable waiting area Have been back for routine vehicle service twice now and have always been treated with the utmost respect and it doesn't bother me to wait because the environment is clean and comfortable. I also appreciate the service reminders that I receive via email and scheduling an appointment is a breeze.

Good service Service is good. I hate that I have had to make so many trips due to recalls but when I do have to drop off it’s usually done within a day or two. I’ve had to ask for a loaner and usually got one. Chris is pretty good and takes care of us.
15,000 mile check up and new computer Tim was an excellent person to help me. Kept me informed and came ahead of schedule. My car looked like new when was cleaned. Thank you Tim! Tim McDowell

no followup sales process financing was professional fast and fair. in the end i was owed a rear cargo mat that was suppose to be ordered overnighted and at the dealership when i came in to pick up the car as it was coming from another dealership. was told it didnt come in and to come back wednesday to pick it up. came in wednesday parts department had no record it was ordered. they ordered it and told me it would be in on friday when i came in for a scheduled service issue. didnt come in they said they would call me when it... read more
very attentive Had vehicle towed to dealership on a Sunday afternoon, called dealership 7:30 a.m. Monday and Mike had already noticed my vehicle in parking lot, he started the tire repair right after I called and it was ready super fast! Thanks

Easy and Comfortable Made contact through internet with Ms Frederick but we arrived at the dealer after she left for the day. Was greeted by Mr Rose who very very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the whole process comfortable. This continued through the final purchase with Mr Logan. I have purchased many cars through the years but this flowed the best.
