Turn in lease and purchase new model Brian helped me and my wife to choose our new Sorento. He walked us through all the info on the new car and made sure that we understood all the new features in our new vehicle that were not in our lease vehicle. He was attentive with our lease return and rescued a couple of important items that my wife lifetime in the village. He was very friendly and helpful and we appreciate the time he invested in our purchase.
too early for service but did safety check wrong milage written down for service, not yet time but did get safety check done, was going to get vacum and wash, but I found it had not been washed when I went to leave, so it was sent back to be washed and came back cleaner.
Thank you After having an engine installed in South Carolina,I was told to take my car back to Daytona to have the two sensor lights taken care of because they did not have the parts to fix it. My vehicle was on the lot for repair and sat in water through the hurricane. Daytona KIA replaced the two hub assemblies and put in the two bolts that mounts the catalytic converter to the engine. I should have payed out of pocket to have these things repaired and then been reimbursed but upon telling them that I could not afford this... read more
