Had a minor concern with my 2017 Sorento, Christopher and Randy did a great job in resolving my concern. The people at Daytona Kia know what Customer Service is all about. Keep up the good work.
Need Time Always do a very good job. BUT, if you use their service make sure you have the time. A simple oil change takes an hour. A computer upgrade took 48 minutes. They also removed all the free snacks they had that made the wait bearable.
Great price great service. Great experience. Great place to buy vehicle. They were not pushy. Offerred very good pricing and everyone was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Beat experience ever in purchasing a new car.
This was the first time buying a new car without the hassle! I've purchased new cars since the 1980's and this was the first time the experience was a pleasure! Dino was the best! He explained the mini van we purchased to the "T". He set up my Iphone and dash board...I LOVE IT! We didn't have to wait all day like many other dealerships put you through. Good Service Good service but did not take the count down for service due on the dash off and I don’t really know what to do. Don’t want to have to go back to service area.
KIA ABS brake issue. Had service call at dealer for an ABS sensor issue. They fixed the problem in short order. Chris Veninga and the KIA dealer continues its outstanding work. Great dealership and friendly people.
4 Kias In 3 years We bought 2 new cars within 5 days from Rodney Rose.Tom Gross spent some time with me on the phone trying to locate a car that my wife wanted. When that car could not be found, Tom quickly helped with a different model. Wayne Johnson assisted in the sales which made our experience great. When we made it to the finance office David Lynch got us in and out in a timely manner. Could not be happier.
It was great Brian my salesman was very good My sale man salesman help me out did not push me didn't confuse any or any if the dealing with New York sales when your guys are great
