This was a recall notice that was serviced by Chris Very professional service by Chris. Disappointed that Mike has left for personal reasons, he was a good friend resulting from multiple service visits. We will miss him as I assume the staff at KIA will also. Chris took over very well, we were pleased.
Over the top service! When other dealerships said no! Daytona Kia found a way to say yes!! When we were not sure what car or color we wanted they showed us all the options that they had. And didn't stop till we where completely satisfied.
Ok Service My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. There was nothing that wowed me like past experiences I have had with them. My car was dropped off and picked my a family member. I was called about the status of my service. When I received my car back it was in the same condition. I the pass it has always been at lease washed before I got it back. All can say is that they did fix the problem.
Repair Always a great experience whenever I go to this location. I can never complain about the customer service I receive from the service associate assigned to me.
DEAL WITH DEVIN AND CHRIS Devin made sure my new car received everything agreed upon and was instrumental in my purchase of the new car. Chris showed me all of the new gadgets and how to work them. Chris was pleasant running me back and forth to my office. This is my 4th Soul and I would highly recommend this dealership!
