I am promptly met by an agent upon pulling into the service department. Check in for my appointment is quick & efficient. I was super early for my appointment and they worked my car in and i was back on the road headed home in no time - in fact it was before my actual appointment time. My car was washed and vaccuumed - a mini detail if you will, which checked off another item on mybto do list for the day. Keep up the great service!

Service is good but a bit pricey for a brake job staff is always pleasant could give a free detail with service over all good
Bought my Telluride there and now using them to service my car. They were ready at my appointment time and performed the service well. Even washed my car inside and out.
The service was good. Our salesman was very nice and knowledgeable,he made sure we were comfortable and the other employees was nice and friendly
They worked me in and got it done I left my car there and they had it ready by day's end, even as busy as they were. Did not have a car for me to use but I was able to get my husband to pick me up and still got my errands done.
I had made an online appt, but when I arrived at the service center, it was not found. Brandy was able to work me in with no problem, and my car was fixed promptly. I do wish, however that more of the employees in the office were wearing masks. On the day I was there, all of the customers had masks but only one or two employees were wearing them. Otherwise it was a five star experience.
Our salesman Dino Dinardo was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get our deal done. He found us a 2020 Optima EX. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
