Had a misunderstanding in the beginning. It all worked out well. Picked the new car up today.
They called me back to set up a service date, unlike the Kia dealer in St. Augustine who never called back after four calls to them. You guys were nice and got done with my recall servicing when you said you would.

Getting my car serviced was fine and the customer service was fine, including the shuttle driver. My problem was what happened after the service. I got into my vehicle only to find trash in my car. There was a paper cup and paper from a straw left in my cup holder. I paid over $300 to get my car serviced only to get in my vehicle to find trash left behind by your workers.
