Service was great. . The advisor told me 1 1/2 hours to change the oil and it only took about an hour. The work was completed and kind. The waiting room was clean and accommodating. I will use them again.

Rob Conti and Rob Luckie were amazing and made my experience amazing! Made sure you were comfortable. I'm handicap and they took care of me! Only issue is I find after buying 2 cars with Kia is they show you a car and don't show you options as far as a car. They just want to put you in a car they want to put you in.
The service representative was courteous and attentive. There was minimal wait before they attended me.
