The only complaint that I have is that I had a 10% off coupon but they only took off $10.00-My total bill was $470 before using the coupon so it costs over $30 more than it should have!!!

I am so fed up with this car. It's brand new and has been in service 5 times in a month. They should replace it with a new car. I don't feel safe at all
After they serviced my vehicle I noticed the driver door alert came on which it hadn't done that up until then. Called Tyler explained it and he put me on hold. After 37 minutes I hung up. Tyler was very condescending and argumentative. Called the next day. Got the same treatment. Put on hold no one picked up. I called corporate and they are "going to look into it" so we will see. At the time of my appointment we were treated very well I have to say.
