They did fine. The mechanic was excellent. The front office not as good at explaining what was needed.
Everyone was friendly & courteous. They all seemed to be well informed concerning the vehicle I was interested in. My only complaint is that I did not get a walk through of all the vehicle features after I purchased it. This may be because I worked with 2 different sales people due to my first being occupied when I returned.
I experienced fast check in and courteous staff. Love the car washing experience as well.
