I had an appointment at 11:30. It was determined the sunroof switch was broken. I left 5 hours later. Part had to be ordered. I asked why it took so long. Lunch hour and we are busy. I'm a patient person, but I found this unacceptable. I did return to have new switch installed. I will return, but hope for better service.q
