Rolando was knowledgeable about the Kia cars. He was friendly, sincere, and professional. He understood my needs and did what he could to make the figures work and presented a great deal. I was greeted and treated by each person I dealt with as if we were family. Very helpful and assuring! Next time I plan to take the courtesy ride home and back. I was more tired than I expected to be just waiting. My fault not Kia Dealership, I didn’t ask about a ride until I was getting my keys back.
