Great customer service. Went to parts Dept to order a new key fob. All was good
The service writers keep us informed of the progression of the service being done. They give the recommendations of what should be done with the maintenance of the vehicle. This is my 3rd Kia and have been very satisfied with each one owned and the service provided.
They answered all my questions and were good at keeping me informed since I do not live locally.
Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful courtesy vehicle driver, well equipped waiting area with work station and place to charge phones. Overall Excellent
I had an appointment for 7:30 for an oil change and tire rotation and I was told it would be ready in 60-90 minutes and it was done in75 minutes. Everything went well and the person who took care of me was very polite and professional.
The atmosphere in the dealership was warm. As soon as you walked in you were welcomed. You were also attended right away.
I love coming here I live in Deltona and don't mind the ride for great service!!
