Never diagnosed the problem that I brought the car in for was told I need a new transmission engine and multiple other items and I should just trade it in. After talking with the service person that looked at the vehicle again and said I need to change the trans fluid because of a service bulletin kia put out but the could not do it because they did not have the required sae 70 weight in stock. I didn’t have an appointment but had free time, and I was in the area. Pulled in, asked for an oil change and air in all 4 tires. I didn’t keep track of time, but I think I was there less than an hour, and they were super busy. I was happy with the service!
These guys got the job done! They provided an oil change in a timely manner. After I expressed that I had an appointment I had to make it to, they put in the word and before I knew it, my Kia Rio was ready to go. I made it to my appointment on time. These guys are great!
I went in to do an oil change on my Kia Soul. I was greeted before even getting out of my car! They escorted me to where I needed to go and the service lady was really nice! She went over everything I needed to do. The waiting room is really nice but also walked over to sales because I had concerns of racking milage on my new car. I was warmly greeted by Abby and we had.
