My vehicle had the most terrible smell in the interior in the world you guys took the time and the care to use the ozone machine and get the smell out clean the interior like a brand new car and actually made the car look nice and smell great so I have to say your guys work hard and they're good center
Usual maintenance. However, Rich was so nice in explaining the noise I heard in my 2023 Sportage was because the transmission was in too high of a gear. It is an automatic. He rode with me , heard the noise, and showed me that I should do like a slap stick where I manually change the gears. The noise is still there and I am trying my best to learn how to manually change the gears. Thank you Rich! I learned something new about automatic cars.

I took my car in for service and had the best experience I could imagine. From the time I pulled in I was greeted by staff immediately. My car was in and out before the promise time and they even washed it for me, what a surprise. Thank you Daytona KIA.
