Was ok with service until the last service time. The service mechanic in my estimate did a poor job,in that I believe here did not check air in tires,was not correct in assessing that My air filter needed to be chanGED,as I personally had changed it less then a month before. Not very happy with this.
The people are all very helpful when I have work done there. I look forward to the next time

It’s very hard to get an appointment but great service your lobby area gets a little cold and we need more coupons 😂
Convenient. Salesman met us in the parking lot and gave us many options. Delivered our car to our house.
The service center experience was great. Very helpful service writers, thorough technicians, clean waiting area, and a great car wash. Be careful when purchasing a vehicle there. They sold me a 2020 Sportage for $42,000. The original sales papers were in the glove compartment. Did not find those till after I got home. The original price was $36,000. I was also charged for the vehicle being delivered to their facility and other charges that I had never been charged before. They also did not give me my contract the day of sale... read more
After the recall was taken care of they said there were two issues that needed to be addressed with filters and in the glove compartment where a filter needed to be replaced it was not necessary so I don't appreciate being told something needs to be done when it did not just to sell a product
