Usually give 5 stars. Only complaint was I thought that during inspection, they checked to see if air is needed in tires. If that is not included, my apology. I did go to discount auto the next day since I was in the area, and all 4 tires needed to be topped off. Otherwise satisfied with service as per usual(even though there were a lot of new faces).

Check in and updates were timely. I waited for the vehicle which took 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation.
Lied tome about payments one financial guy told me the payment would not be above 550 the next day a different guy said 636 not happy at all
