Hard sell. Doesn’t give all information needed when buying a new car. Just basic info. Also had to call for registration as plate was running out. Not up on helping customers with new vehicle.
Service was done on time and service advisor, Tyler found an additional recall on my Telluride while I was there. They were able to do the second recall at the same time.
No lender would take on the loan because my short credit history so Kia picked up the loan themselves and got my payments down to where I wanted them. Mikel, Jimmy, Ross did everything they could to accommodate my wants and needs. I’ve already recommended a friend and will continue to do so.
What is on vacation in Daytona Beach the alternator in my van went out and they had it fixed in one day!

They were great this time. Service writer was great. Had issues with oil change theee other times. Full synthetic oil with 3000 mile change sticker and dash set to 3000 miles. This was was good but I go to Chevy dealer for mobil1 with 7500 sticker and price is less. You were more even with a $15 off coupon. Not sure if I’ll be back though
The place is very clean and a friendly and they get you in and out and I don't it don't take time
The service was great, however the guys performing the work on my vehicle couldn't even measure my tore correctly the service rep I was working woth came out and measured them. That doesn't make me feel very great about what these guys are doing on my engine.
