This review is different (much shorter) than what I expected. It does not cover all the excellent service I received, but I particularly appreciated being informed of the progress on my vehicle and the complimentary carwash. I did not rate Chris Dupont with the Service Department since I arrived early for my appointment and he was at lunch. Doug w/Daytona Kia has kept me informed about my vehicle with the replacement of the new/rebuilt engine, also, provided me with a loaner vehicle until my car is complete.
When we called, Dayona Kia you were a brand new repair shop to us. We were ambivalent because of the treatment we received from a dealership we had been going to for years. Jennifer the service advisor is excellent with her customer service. My Sportage was acting crazy and she worked hard with the service technicians to get my car fixed right. Even with some complications, such as the part was on the other side of the country. Daytona KIA has always been my favorite. But Jennifer really makes service department much better!!
