GREAT SERVICE MY CAR WAS DONE WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF WHAT WAS SAID WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. WOW!! MY SERVICE ADVISOR (CHRIS TAYLOR), WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I TOLD HIM SINCE RETIRING I'M NOT PUTTING IN ALOT OF MILES. HE RECOMMENDED COMING IN EVERY 6 MONTHS IN MY CASE TO GET MY SERVICE.
Happy Truck Buying Experience Great experience buying a truck at Commonwealth Chevrolet. They work in steps. They first get you the best price for the vehicle before asking what type of payments you can afford or trade in. They don't use these to play with the numbers. Overall great experience.
A pleasent and non-pressured purchase experience! I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado this past weekend and I have to say that it probably the easiest car purchase I have made. The salesman never pressured us in any fashion....which I have found to be very rare in the car sales area. The whole staff at Commonwealth made the process as easy as it could be and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Needed exam of front driver side brake I always feel that I get more attention and explanation of a problem or potential problem from any staff at Commonwealth Motors than I do from my family physician for physical issues. Chris (in the Service Department) was excellent today, as always. He took the time to explain the purpose of struts and the eventual need to replace the left driver side strut. No high pressure. Mr. Boardman was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles he showed me and made the decision process very easy. I would recommend Commonwealth Motors to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Horrible Customer Service Commonwealth Motors has the worst customer service. I made an appointment for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement and it took over two hours. I made the appointment because last time I was there I showed up without an appointment and I waited forever. My car was in the service department for over two hours as I waited in the waiting room with a two year old in toe.
