He responded immediately to my many phone calls and even had my car delivered to my house as I was unable to pick it up due to child care issues. To me, this goes above and beyond! Great car buying experience Was able to purchase my car this past January. No sales pressure, no stress. My Buick has already had scheduled service and even got a free car wash. Returned emails and phone calls as if I was still in the office. (Waiting area was very comfortable). Thank you everyone.
Genuinely patient, understanding, and genuine. I was not exactly the nicest person I could be to these poor guys over the phone and at the body shop. My insurance company and the party's that hit me had been giving me the run around and sending me in circles for a few days, and I was at wits and, brash and straight up rude and challenging to these guys. Collision repairs Yesterday w picked up our 2012 Honda CRV that was in an accident with major damage. We would like to thank you all for the wonderful service!!
