Checkin was easy, with a comfortable waiting lounge. When my car was returned, the driver's window was open and the close button wouldn't close it. Even though the service desk was closed, I called over to two reps who were leaving. They tried, but window wouldn't close. Instead of saying, come back tomorrow, one rep found the last service / repair rep. He had it fixed in two minutes by popping up an area on the driver's door, plugged in the battery which had separated from the window control and voila...safe drive home. All... read more
