The level of service has decreased over the years. Maybe understaffed but many things get missed unless I think about asking about it. Hope things turn around.

Liked that I was able to get in and get diagnosed. Frustrating that you all said that it would be repaired and fixed completely by Friday. That didn't happen. Have to get it finalized when I get to Naples, Florida.
