I called and spoke to service writer Susan Jordak. Explained I had two minor recalls (software updates) that needed to be completed on my 2023 Mustang GT. Within 2 hours she had their mobile service van in my parking lot at work and within 5 minutes they were done. Great service Susan!

Relatively easy enough check in process. I made the appointment online and received 2 reminders but when I checked in they had trouble finding it. Also, I purchased the full maintenance plan with my car but always have to remind them. Pleased with work completed.
