Oil change took a little longer than expected but I enjoyed reading my book in the customer lounge. Thanks for the decaf coffee! Couldn't do the tire rotation but I took it to Pep Boys and they had no problem with getting the lug nuts off. They also found an unrepairable nail in right front tire and replaced under road hazard warranty. Loved the courtesy wash. Car hasn't been this clean since it was new!!

People try to make it easy to get work done and don't pressure you to get work you don't need. There was a mistake on tires but they made it right and fixed the problem quickly.
